Command Sgt. Maj. Ronald Riling, the senior enlisted
Summary
Command Sgt. Maj. Ronald Riling, the senior enlisted leader for U.S. Army Forces Command, addresses some concerns of junior soldiers and non-commissioned officers on Joint Base Lewis-McChord Feb. 15 at the Arrowhead Dining Facility during a two-day visit to JBLM – one of only a few FORSCOM-predominate Army installations in the world – to assess the quality of life among units and the concerns of both leaders and junior soldiers. Among many other subjects on which Riling spoke, he answered questions regarding better connecting soldiers with one another; improving troop morale and the looming concern among some that the number of soldiers on JBLM seems to be outgrowing the post's infrastructure.
