Concrete barriers sit on a straight deck trailer waiting to be unloaded and placed in position on the Utah Air National Guard (ANG) flightline. The barriers will be used to separate the Utah ANG base from its neighbor, the Executive Air Terminal, and protect the Guards KC-135 Stratotankers, during Operation NOBLE EAGLE, September 19, 2001. The extra measure was initiated in response to the terrorist attacks on World Trade Center and the Pentagon on September 11, 2001
