First responders arrive to assist Machinist Mate 2nd Class Samuel Erickson and Master-at-Arms Seaman Samantha Menchaca, both from the Naval Air Station Oceana 1st Lieutenant Department, at a makeshift triage area at the Personnel Support Detachment building during a monthly active shooter drill at Naval Air Station Oceana.
