In the afternoon of the 21st of April, 1996, in the small town of Visoko, two German Army Engineers inspect the Sixty Ton Maximum Load Capacity Bridge, now the Visoko Bridge, while crossing it during the opening. The Visoko Bridge was built by German and Romanian Army Engineers during the months of March and April, 1996. Before the rebuilding of the bridge, the surrounding area had to be cleared of mines that were laid after its destruction. The old Visoko bridge was destroyed in the beginning of the confrontations between Bosnian Muslims and Bosnian Serbs
