In the main Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) warehouse, Admiral T. Joseph Lopez (in background), US Navy, Allied Forces Southern Europe, United States Naval Forces Europe and Commander of the Implementation Forces (IFOR), tours through the facility while civilian election workers process absentee voting ballots. Each drop-box in the several rows represent one candidate for the national election. Regular elections will be held for six days. IFOR personnel are in Bosnia in support of Operation JOINT ENDEAVOR (the multi-national peace mission in Bosnia)
