Summary

Under the red lights of a tactical field kitchen, Spc. Russell Burgos, a food service specialist with the 3678th Forward Support Company of the Puerto Rico National Guard, prepares the breakfast unitized group rations for more than 400 Citizen-Soldiers from 1st Battalion, 296th Infantry Regiment also from Puerto Rico and the 256th Infantry Brigade Combat Team out of the Louisiana National Guard during their Annual Training 2015 on June 10 at Fort Polk, La. The 3678th will provide food service support to the 296th while they conduct their annual training in coordination with the 256th at Fort Polk from May 30 – June 13.
