U.S. Army Brig. Gen. David Jenkins, South Carolina National Guard assistant adjutant general-Army, speaks to Soldiers from the 1782nd Engineer Support Company, South Carolina National Guard, during a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the readiness center in Lancaster, South Carolina, Dec. 7, 2019, to recognize the renovations recently conducted.
