A line of C-130s taxi back in after a practice run for Operation Overlord '94. The three squadrons deployed were the 2nd Airlift Squadron (ALS) Pope AFB, North Carolina, 37th Airlift Squadron (ALS) Rhein-Main AB, Germany and the 41st Airlift Squadron (ALS), Pope AFB, North Carolina. The purpose of the deployment was to airlift the 82nd and the 101st Airborne troops into France to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the D-Day landings in Operation Overlord
