US Army Private Christopher Gracia, 2nd Battalion, 113th Infantry, Army National Guard, Riverdale, New Jersey, simulates being shot by defending forces after breaking through their camp line during an opposing forces (OPFOR) attack scenario. During the two-week class, operated by the 421st Ground Combat Readiness Squadron, Fort Dix, New Jersey, students are trained in doctrine, tactics, and customs of hostile countries. The OPFOR team acts as a training aid to the Phoenix Readiness Course, enabling realistic training scenarios in a variety of situations
